Day 6. Morning.

Libya, April 11, 2011. It is currently 7:36 AM. I am struggling to gasp for air now, We are still in this small space, air is thin, the floor is wet and sticky, from the night of sweat and possibly urine. It smells worse than the decaying flesh outside, it is hard to even concentrate with all this. Just as i think I'm about to faint from all this, there is a bright light, it blinds me for a second, then i get overwhelmed with a since of smell, the fresh fragrance of the air is astonishing. Everything is better now, i get out, then instantly vomit. Everyone is in a angered mood from the previous night. What i do, i run, take a shower. Now I'm getting a well needed rest.

Day 5. The night

Libya, April 10, 2011. It is 10:16 PM. I don't know where to start off about what happened since my last post. After ending my last blog I entroduced myself to everyone. They all told me their names and what they are. The tall one, he told me not to worry about the name, to just call him ogre. He is a biologist, and studies the mutation of cells. The small and chunky one's name is George. He is a scintest as well as frank. Theast one, he has long brown flowing hair. He is not tall, but not small neither, he kind of slouches when he stands, and talks with his head facing the ground. He calls himself the shadow, he is a creepy looking fella, and says he specializes in the art of swords. He doesn't even bother to look up at all. He just stands there lisning. Taking everything in. After our little introduction we were just chilling. Not to worried about what was going on outside, but once it hit 6:00PM. A loud clock rang, it shookthe house, and everyone stopped and went into large room, it was locked by a secure code, something that the government would have, it was eye activated. They all sprawled downstairs and I followed them. Getting about half wAy down I saw glowing green lights on the walls. Once I hit the bottom stairs I saw a huge lab. It was hard to take in that, that was there the whole time. Right under my nose. Frank said outloAd "Show front porch" a giant tv, as big as a house popped up, there you could see zombies, they were lerking around, smelling, lisning, and tapping on the house. Shadow hit a red button located furthest away from the stairs. The whole place shutdown. The only light was comming from a room about twenty feet away from we stnd. We all felt our way to there and right when we all got in there frank slammed the door and latched it. Here we are, locked in a room untill day. Here I am, contemplaiting on what wi happen next.

Day 5. Mid Day

Libya, April 10, 2011. It is currently 9:59 AM.Waking up to the smell of fresh cooked eggs, bacon, and some other smells i couldn't distinguish, i go to sit up, but can help but to flop right down. My head is killing me, my nose is all stuffed up, and I guess i have sinuses. Afraid that it could be me becoming infected, I dart down, and tell frank. He just smiled, and the rest of the guys there busted out with extreme laughter. Its just allergies. We have been studying this for years. Instantly shutting up, and everyone Quickly turned and glared at him, as if telling him to shut up now. They were hiding something, and after that, it became uncomfortable. Slowly eating my eggs, in a now awkward silence, i finally said, so what exactly are y'all doing here. The smallest one, just mumbled "curiosity killed the cat." I then quickly shut up. Getting both frustrated, and annoyed. I finished my meal first, and went into the living room. Frank then came in and told me that all will be relieved once they can trust you. "I know your not anything we need to watch out for, i know the real things we need to be fighting, but they just don't trust you, i use to be new with them, and it will take a while." How long will these generators last i asked him. He looked at me and said "What generators" with a huge smile. "This is a giant green house, solar power everything. I make my own water from a well managed well, and everything is separate from the rest of the world"

Day 4. Night

Libya, April 9, 2011. It is currently 10:23 PM. So much has happened since my last post, I have so much to tell you, in so little time. I am currently having a nice, cooked meal, in a nice air conditioned place.I am currently getting ahead of myself. No sooner than two hours after my post in the morning, I find myself upstairs, reading up on a newspaper i snagged before coming home. After getting through a few pages i heard a loud crack come from downstairs kitchen. Jumping up in the air, I grab my bat, run downstairs. and see a zombie eating the raw steak i have downstairs. Not yet spoiled, but not eatable to most people. It has been a whole day since i had electricity, and i guess the meat had a large enough smell to make it outside. Stepping on the last step, it gave out a loud screech, the zombie dropped the half eaten steak, and darted for me. Gripping the bat as hard as i could, as one would do on the playoffs on the football team, i swung as hard as i cool, as i was hitting a home run. Feeling the bat vibrate through my hands, and down my feet i saw teeth flying, and the zombie crashing down to the ground. Rage took over, and i soon found myself bashing the head of the once human's skull into my newly made hardwood flooring i had put into my house a few days before the nuke. Once i calmed down, and refrained from taking the bat to the zombies head, i sat back on my counter, and began to cry. Mid way into crying, three zombie bashed threw my sliding door in my kitchen. two more broke down my door in my living room. All running for me, all i could do was cower. As they closed in on me, i heard six rounds go off. Staring at the ground i see the zombie sliding towards my feet. Blood trailing as he gets closer, and closer until finally touching me. I then heard some one say "Don't let him even touch you, they will still bite even after they are dead." Shaking my foot away from the zombie i looked up to find that it was the one i have wrote about in a few of my other blog sessions. Frank, in a lab coat with a nuclear mask on, he grabbed a holed of me, and ran into his house. Shutting the door behind us, he pressed a red button. The room started to flash, and metal bars started sliding down. Following him, we get into his layout as he called it. Two people stand there reading books, they were both in their twenties, and i had never seen them before. "They are my fellow scientist" Frank said. They looked up at me long enough to make a quick eye contact, and then their eyes fell back to their pages. One said "You better check him out, it would be terrible if he were bit" He had not a care in the world, he said that as he already knew i was OK. What is going on I asked Frank, He just glared at me, no expression in his face, then he said the one thing I didn't want to hear. "Its the Apocalypse."

Day 4. Second awake.

Libya, April 9, 2011. It is currently 12:25 AM. I awoke after getting an extra four hours asleep. Doing my daily routine i notice that fridge it not that cold, and nothing is on. I soon realized that the power is out. I quickly shut the fridge to conserve the code, i contemplate on what to do today. Some of the items that i listed down were: Search for more people, run to the store, Leave town, scavenge through peoples houses, Prepare at home. I marked off the ones i thought were the least productive. Searching for people could put me in possible danger, same with leaving town and scavenging through houses. I decided run to the store. Since the power is out, i will need some dry food. Getting up from the table I was writing on, I grab my Baseball bat, grab a jacket, and head on out the door. Opening the door, the light shined down upon my dark, covered house, Like the sun would glare down into a cave at high rise. The light stunned me for a second, and took me a minute or two to recuperate from it. Once i was fully adjusted, I close the door, as soft as i could, to make sure no one, or thing could hear me. Walking straight down the street was not a bright idea, but i did it unknowingly. I was too busy looking around, this was a scene you would only ever think would be in the movies. The blood hand prints sleeking down the window onto the ground inside of the house, Broken glass, tipped over cars. The street was filthy, full of newspapers, and objects people dropped running from the infected. As i passed my neighbor Frank, i realized, his house was hardly touched. His windows were clean, nothing was wrong. I wanted to go in, but the thought of seeing him run at me, and the feeling of my bashing his head to the ground gave me chills. I continued on until i got to the store. Well... Close to the store. Once the store was in site, i saw hundreds, upon hundreds zombies. They were all co-existing, with one another inside of the store. Feasting on raw flesh. Not fighting, not doing anything but eating. It was like they knew they were the same. They must have enough brain function to tell the difference between friend and foe. This could potentially help me along my way. As i slowly walked away from the store i hid into a bush, pulled out my notebook, and wrote: Libya, April 9, 2011. I have found out that the zombies can co-existence with one another. Further investigation is still needed, but this is a step further to finding out what exactly is going on.

Day 4.

Libya, April 9, 2011. It is currently 7:06 AM. I attempt to wake myself several times, and i just can't seem to keep the awake status. Each time I open my eyes, i feel them clamp down, like a oyster holding on to its dear pearl. I eventually stop trying to fight it. I gave up, and went back to sleep.

Day 3 Night.

Libya, April 8, 2011. It is currently 11:04 PM. Boarding the windows, and closing the blinds, i slump down into my chair. Unknowing whats going to happen next. The since of fear, and sorrow came over me. Thinking about my family, wondering if they too were infected by this new epidemic. Shoving my hands into my face, half shocked of what happened today, and the thought of everyone aground me dead, or infected, i begin to break down. Crying i heard a thump come from the window downstairs. Like a small child in a thunderstorm, the only thing i could think of is toss the covers over my head. Hiding from the unknown. Even if i knew what it was, i wanted to believe it was something, or someone else. After a while, the thumps started to fade. After a while of staring at the ceiling for several hours, i end up dozing in and out of sleep, until finally falling into a well needed sleep.

Day 3 Mid Day.

Libya, April 8, 2011. It is currently 3:50 PM. After forgetting about checking out the place, and watching T.V. instead, i decide to go ahead and do that. Walking outside, i see that the car is still tipped over, and the place is still empty. I continue down the street, and see nothing. No people, no rebels, no anything. The streets were filled with papers. Looking down the street i see the slight breeze pick up a newspaper, and float it in the air. As it got closer to me, i decided to grab it. Missing the first few tries i finally grab it. The front page said "Libya, April 7, 2011. After the government dropped a test nuke that they have been developing for some time now, on the recent riots of Libya in April 6th, hundreds of people died, and even more were evacuated. It is only a day after and we are seeing that the people injured, or have been exposed to this radioactive waste from the bomb are turning aggressive. Some are lashing out, as we thought it was more riots we realized that it was not. Their eyes were fogged, and were completely white. We ask of you that if you are reading this, to please go to your local military camp, get checked out, and go on the next plane out." Just after reading it a person jumped from the bushes, He was missing teeth, eyes were fogged, blood dripping down from his face, and the ligament he was feasting on came out of the bushes when he jumped. Unprepared for what was about to happen, i grabbed the newspaper, shoved it in his face, and ran. Slamming the door on him, locking the dead bolt. I am now in my house, safe for now. I am aware of what is going on, and i am unsure of what to do.

Day 3 Morning.

Libya, April 8, 2011. It is currently 6:23 AM. I am attempting to get up, but my eyes seem to want to stay shut. It takes me a few minutes but i end up sitting up, I turn on the lights and go do my routine. Turning on the shower and forgetting that there is no water killed me. Forgetting about the water for a second was amazing until you go to use it. I rummage through my food to find some cereal, fix a bowl, enjoy it, and go on with my day. After the bowl of cereal i decide to glance outside. It is still somewhat dark, and I'm not trying to go outside when it is dark. I thought i saw some bushes moving, and decided it was either the wind, or just some animal. I set down, turn on some television. It was turned on to a multi-colored screen, with a buzzing sound, luckily i turned down the TV before it booted up. It was a new channel, I change it up one notch, and shows were still on. Wondering if it was just that one channel, or others, turning to other news channels, i found they were all blocked. The government is starting to regulate whats going on. That is not good i thought to my self, the rebels will sure to be more critical with the riots.

Day 2 Later in the day

Libya, April 7, 2011. It is currently 11:00 PM. I had a slight encounter with a person today. He seemed to be injured, I am slightly in shock. I was a doctor for a few years, and i knew that he was not suppose to be even standing with thoughs types of injuries. He had a bone fracture in his leg. The bone was so far dislodged from the skin, you could see just about his whole tibia. He was also sniffing the air as if he was smelling for something, as a dog does when food is near. At this moment, i don't know what to do. I am out of running water, and with no one here who knows when the power will go out. Tomorrow i am planning on looking for some one else, i had no luck today. As of right now, i am going to get some sleep.

day 2.

Libya, April 7, 2011. It is 10:00 a.m. I have just got up. My morning routine is: Wake up, grab my cloths, take a shower, drink my daily soda, brush my teeth, and go on with my day. Today though we were out of water. All i could think of was, "what did the rebels do now." I go to call the water people and ask what is wrong, and if any one messed with our water but the phones were dead. I looked out side to find a tipped over car on fire, the streets are deserted, and not a car was in site besides the one on fire. The army must have chased the rebels out. I open my door to see if any one was home near me. Frank, my next door neighbor was not home. That shocked me, he is a paranoid guy, who sprays you with disinfectant when you come inside his house. No way he would just leave. That's when i started to get a bad feeling in my gut.

Day 1 Second awake.

Libya, April 6, 2011. It's 4:03 am and I was awoken again by a loud bang on my door. As I answered a guy slammed the door open. He was bleeding everywhere. Panicked I hit him in the nose and threw him out. I tried to ask him if he was OK through the door but I think he left. I don't know if I was right to do that. The riots are getting worse and I'm just trying to stay out of it. The rebels are just stirring trouble for the rest of us. I'm going to take a shower and attempt to get at least an hour of sleep without any interruptions.

Day 1.

Libya, April 6, 2011. It is currently 2:45 am. I have just been woken up to a load explosion, and followed by what I thought was an earthquake. There are people running. I see from afar the military base. They are grouping up into jets and fleeing. I have no idea what's going on, it's to late for this I'm going back to bed hopefully.
