Day 4. Second awake.
Libya, April 9, 2011. It is currently 12:25 AM. I awoke after getting an extra four hours asleep. Doing my daily routine i notice that fridge it not that cold, and nothing is on. I soon realized that the power is out. I quickly shut the fridge to conserve the code, i contemplate on what to do today. Some of the items that i listed down were: Search for more people, run to the store, Leave town, scavenge through peoples houses, Prepare at home. I marked off the ones i thought were the least productive. Searching for people could put me in possible danger, same with leaving town and scavenging through houses. I decided run to the store. Since the power is out, i will need some dry food. Getting up from the table I was writing on, I grab my Baseball bat, grab a jacket, and head on out the door. Opening the door, the light shined down upon my dark, covered house, Like the sun would glare down into a cave at high rise. The light stunned me for a second, and took me a minute or two to recuperate from it. Once i was fully adjusted, I close the door, as soft as i could, to make sure no one, or thing could hear me. Walking straight down the street was not a bright idea, but i did it unknowingly. I was too busy looking around, this was a scene you would only ever think would be in the movies. The blood hand prints sleeking down the window onto the ground inside of the house, Broken glass, tipped over cars. The street was filthy, full of newspapers, and objects people dropped running from the infected. As i passed my neighbor Frank, i realized, his house was hardly touched. His windows were clean, nothing was wrong. I wanted to go in, but the thought of seeing him run at me, and the feeling of my bashing his head to the ground gave me chills. I continued on until i got to the store. Well... Close to the store. Once the store was in site, i saw hundreds, upon hundreds zombies. They were all co-existing, with one another inside of the store. Feasting on raw flesh. Not fighting, not doing anything but eating. It was like they knew they were the same. They must have enough brain function to tell the difference between friend and foe. This could potentially help me along my way. As i slowly walked away from the store i hid into a bush, pulled out my notebook, and wrote: Libya, April 9, 2011. I have found out that the zombies can co-existence with one another. Further investigation is still needed, but this is a step further to finding out what exactly is going on.
